Using DishList

DishList helps you save, organize, and share dishes, recipes, notes, and related content. You are responsible for the information you add to DishList and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you add to DishList. You grant us permission to host, store, display, process, and transmit your content as needed to provide and improve the app.

If you share a list or invite collaborators, your shared content may be available to the people you choose to share it with.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use DishList for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not upload content that violates another person's rights.
• Do not interfere with the app's security, infrastructure, or availability.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

App Availability

We work to keep DishList reliable, but the app may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time. We may update features, correct issues, or discontinue parts of the service.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from the Settings screen in DishList. Deleting your account is intended to remove your account and associated app data from active systems, subject to limited backups or legal retention requirements.

Disclaimers

DishList is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific purpose. Recipes, ingredients, and notes saved in the app are user-provided and should be reviewed for accuracy, allergies, and safety before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DishList will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and post the revised Terms on this page.
